We're forming a Florida nonprofit to find families going through illness or hard times and help them with their bills, paid straight to the landlord, the utility or the store. Every gift and every payment will be listed on a public ledger, with a running total.

What we're here to do
Help that goes straight to the bill.
Illness or a hard stretch can put any family behind on rent or the power bill. We want to find those families and take that weight off, directly, where everyone can see it.
Pay the bill, not a person
We pay the landlord, the utility, the lender or the store directly. Never cash, and never a payment app handle.
Show every dollar
Every gift and every payment goes on a public ledger with a running total. Anonymous gifts will be welcome.
How it will work
Four steps, once we're approved.
Someone nominates a family
A friend, a neighbor or the family itself tells us which bill is the problem. It stays private.
We talk and confirm
We reach out, confirm the bill, and confirm who it is owed to.
We pay it directly
The money goes straight to the landlord, the utility, the lender or the store.
It goes on the ledger
One line with the amount and what it paid for, no names, so anyone can check.
Our promise on money
Open and trackable. Nothing hidden.
This is the part we care about most. You should be able to see where every dollar went, and who it helped, without seeing anyone's private story.
- Nobody takes a profit and nobody is paid. Josh charges nothing for his work.
- The only costs paid from donations: card fees, government filing fees, and attorney or accountant fees.
- Our goal is for 95 to 99 percent of donations to go directly to the cause. The ledger will show the real number.
- A public ledger of every gift, anonymous allowed, with a running total.
- A yearly report showing what went to families and what went to costs.
Coming when we're approved
The Giving Tree
A holiday Giving Tree where anyone can give, families can be nominated privately, and every gift shows up on the public ledger with a running total. Josh will start it with a $100 donation.
It is not open yet. No nominations and no gifts until our paperwork is approved.
